CONTROL
2 Classes Weekly

Our most popular membership for members ready to increase consistency and progress faster. CONTROL includes two weekly classes focused on strengthening the body, improving endurance, and building greater stability and precision through movement. Classes must be used within the monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.
ELEVATE
Unlimited Classes

Unlimited access to all HEROBOARD Pilates classes for members fully committed to the method. ELEVATE is designed for those wanting maximum results through consistent low-impact strength, endurance, and core-focused training.
